MaxPoints LLC, doing business as MaxPoints ("MaxPoints," "we," "us," or "our"), helps small businesses plan and build automations through MaxPower. Some of that work may use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools. This disclaimer explains what AI-assisted work can and cannot do, and how you should rely on it.

How AI is used

The MaxPower website itself does not use AI to make decisions about you. Your automation request, meeting booking, and our emails are handled by standard software and reviewed by people. When we plan or build automations for your business, we may use AI tools to draft workflows, messages, summaries, code, or recommendations, and the automations we deliver may include AI features.

Limits of AI output

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inconsistent, even when it sounds confident.
• AI may misunderstand your business, data, or instructions, or produce results that do not fit your needs.
• The same input can produce different results at different times.
• AI output may reflect biases present in the data the underlying models were trained on.

AI-assisted content and automations are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on them for decisions in those areas.

Your responsibility

Review and test any AI-assisted automation, message, or recommendation before using it in your business, especially before it contacts customers, moves money, or changes important records. You remain responsible for how you use the results and for meeting the laws and policies that apply to your business.

Information you share

Please do not share passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the request form or meeting notes. Details you share about your business may be processed by AI tools while we plan your automations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Our safeguards

People at MaxPoints review AI-assisted work before we deliver it, and we aim to design automations with human checkpoints for important actions. These safeguards reduce, but cannot eliminate, the risk of errors.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted work will be error-free or achieve any particular time savings, revenue, or other outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the disclaimers and limits of liability in our Terms and Conditions apply to AI-assisted work.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer as our services or the AI tools we use change. We will revise the last-updated date when we do.
