Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MaxPoints LLC, doing business as MaxPoints ("MaxPoints," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use MaxPower, including this website, the automation request form, the meeting scheduler, and the emails we send you (the "Services").

Information we collect

  • Automation requests. Your name, email address, and phone number when you submit the Request Automation form, and the time you submitted it.
  • Meetings. Your name, email address, phone number, any notes you add, and the date and time of the call you book through the scheduler.
  • Admin accounts. For people we invite to manage MaxPower, their email address, invitation and sign-in times, and session records.
  • Usage analytics. Pages viewed, approximate visit and session information, time on site, referring pages and campaign tags, and basic browser and device details.
  • Diagnostics. Error reports from the website and our servers, which we filter to remove contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers before they are stored.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to your automation request and contact you by email or phone about it;
  • send you a welcome email with a link to book a free automation call;
  • schedule, confirm, and prepare for meetings you book;
  • let authorized admins review requests and upcoming meetings;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services; and
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

AI and automation

If you share details about your business during a request or call, we may use them to plan automations for you, which can involve AI tools. Please do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment details through the request form or meeting notes. Our AI Disclaimer describes the limits of AI-assisted work.

Cookies and local storage

Admins who sign in receive a secure session cookie that keeps them signed in. Our first-party analytics may use browser storage to count unique visitors and sessions. We do not use advertising cookies, and admin pages are excluded from analytics.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Services, including with:

  • hosting, database, and infrastructure providers that store and serve the Services;
  • our email delivery provider, to send welcome, meeting, and admin invitation emails;
  • our sign-in provider, to authenticate admins;
  • our analytics and error monitoring provider, Chef, to measure usage and fix problems;
  • professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and
  • a successor in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We keep automation requests and meeting records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting, and security needs. Analytics and diagnostic data are kept for limited periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it de-identified.

Data security

We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, hashed session tokens, and admin-only access to stored contact details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party services and links

The Services may link to websites or services we do not control. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will revise the last-updated date and provide notice of material changes as required by law.
